DMX512
- Transmitter -
The TRI will generate DMX Universe frames asynchronously at rates configurable between 1 to 40 frames a second.
Options are available to update the entire frame at once, a single slot within the frame or to insert a single
frame into the transmission sequence.
RDM ANSI E1.20
- Controller -
The RDM-TXI comes into its own when a simple to manage interface with the world of RDM is required.
The RDM protocol handling and checking is taken care of in real time, leaving the host application free to
make simple requests and issue instructions to all compliant devices.
The TXI manages interleave of DMX and RDM packets, even when the onboard responder discovery routine is active.
When instructed the discovery routine discovers all compliant responders, compiling a register of discovered
responders for a host application to query.
